Music City Bowl Inc. will not assume any responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages or viruses that may infect your computer arising from your access to this site. We make every effort to insure that our customer’s privacy is never compromised. Collection of personal information is kept to a minimum and is securely stored. However, Music City Bowl Inc. collects basic information from each visitor to the site. Our secure server software (SSL) encrypts all of your information, including credit card number, so that it can’t be read as the information travels over the internet. It is assumed that customers who have established a Music City Bowl Inc. account wish to be kept informed of special offers and promotions from our partners, and may receive periodic email notifications. All sales (merchandise or ticket) are final and non-refundable.
